Learning and Development(L&D) Solution Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Industry: Education Technology • Experience Required: 3+ years in Learning and Development (L&D) and Education Technology solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning and Development Solution Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of education technology and learning methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge L&D solutions that leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. This position requires extensive experience in the education technology industry and a strong track record of developing scalable learning strategies, systems, and programs.

Key

Responsibilities:
  • Learning Solution Design and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals. Design innovative learning solutions utilizing emerging education technologies to enhance learner engagement and performance.
  • L&D Program Management: Lead the end-to-end management of L&D programs, from needs analysis, content development, and platform implementation to program evaluation and continuous improvement. Ensure that learning initiatives are effective and deliver measurable results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts, to assess L&D needs and identify key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop tailored solutions for diverse learner groups across various roles and departments.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage advanced learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and eLearning tools to implement scalable and efficient learning solutions. Stay current with the latest trends in educational technology and incorporate them into learning strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals to foster a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure continuous professional development for the L&D team.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and assess the effectiveness of learning programs through data analytics and feedback. Use insights to continually refine and improve learning solutions, ensuring high impact and ROI.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and manage external vendors or technology partners to deliver specialized learning solutions or tools, ensuring they meet organizational needs and quality standards.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all learning programs comply with educational standards and organizational policies. Maintain a focus on best practices in instructional design, content delivery, and evaluation.
  • Market Research and Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in the EdTech space, bringing in innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of modern learners. Continuously benchmark against industry standards to ensure competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Extensive experience (3+ years) in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven experience working in the education technology industry, particularly in developing and managing tech-enabled learning solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools such as virtual classrooms, gamification platforms, and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to drive change and innovation within a learning environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex L&D programs on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
    • Certifications in specific LMS platforms or educational technologies (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)
  • A passion for educational innovation and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, staying updated on trends in learning technology and methodologies.
