Key Duties:- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with ear, nose, and throat (ENT) disorders.
- Perform complex ENT surgical procedures tailored to the needs of infants, children, and adolescents.
- Lead outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, and surgical sessions, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Participate actively in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings to enhance service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and other healthcare professionals in pediatric ENT best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols in line with national and international standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and, where appropriate, academic teaching or research.

Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) from a recognized body (e.g., American Board, CCT, FRCS, Arab Board, or equivalent).
- Fellowship Training or Subspecialty Certification in Pediatric ENT is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 35 years' post‑consultant experience in pediatric ENT within a reputable healthcare system.
