We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to support a major long-term construction supervision and landscape design program in Riyadh. The role demands a strong technical background, site supervision capability, and proven leadership skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead detailed landscape design development, ensuring alignment with environmental, functional, and aesthetic objectives.
Oversee all landscape works on site to guarantee compliance with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, horticulturists, and other disciplines.
Manage technical issue resolution, design reviews, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the primary point of communication for landscape-related matters within the project.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree (15+ years experience) or Master’s degree (12+ years) in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 12–15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
Experience in large-scale landscape or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of softscape, hardscape, plant species selection, irrigation systems, and sustainability principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and related software.
