Senior Architectural Supervisor (Team Leader)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Architectural Supervisor with a strong field presence and proven leadership skills. This role is centered on managing on-site architectural operations, leading technical teams, and ensuring all construction activities align strictly with approved shop drawings and site requirements.

• Site Operations Management: Full supervision of daily architectural works on-site, ensuring execution follows technical specifications and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Act as the primary lead for technical staff and labor, organizing work shifts, and ensuring maximum productivity on-site.
• Technical Oversight: Translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• On-site Coordination: Coordinate architectural plans with structural and MEP drawings to resolve any technical conflicts immediately in the field.
• Compliance: Ensure all site works comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local municipality regulations.
• Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, solve technical bottlenecks, and report directly to project management.

• Education:
  Diploma in Architecture or a related technical field from a recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience (Proven experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a must).

• Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
• Urdu speaking skills are highly preferred.

• Professional Accreditation: Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
