The Draftsman Designer is a technical and visualization-focused role responsible for transforming approved Sales Designer concepts into accurate technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations that support client presentations, production, and execution.

This role plays a critical part in elevating design credibility, ensuring technical feasibility, and supporting sales conversion by delivering presentation-quality visuals and precise shop drawings that align with Abyat’s premium retail and design standards.

• Translate approved design concepts into photorealistic 3D renders for client presentations.
• Produce high-end visuals that reflect accurate materials, lighting, scale, and textures.
• Support Sales Designers with compelling visual outputs that enhance proposal approval rates.
• Apply strong post-production techniques to finalize presentation-ready visuals.

• Prepare accurate technical drawings and shop drawings based on Sales Designer concepts.
• Ensure drawings comply with production, installation, and manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain consistency between approved design intent and technical documentation.
• Revise drawings based on internal feedback or client-approved changes.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Designers to clarify design intent and spatial details.
• Coordinate with production, suppliers, and operations teams when required.
• Support Senior Designers and Creative Design Director on complex or large-scale projects.

• Ensure all drawings and renders meet Abyat’s design, branding, and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain organized project files and version control.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, dimensions, and constructability.

• 6+ years of experience in drafting, 3D visualization, or design support roles.
• Background from furniture retail, interior fit-out, or showroom environments is preferred.
• Keep up with new design software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
• Identify technical or aesthetic challenges in design execution.
• Maintain organized files and version control for drawings and renders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field preferred.
