Interior Design Office Manager

FEIZO, a high-end interior design and luxury fit-out studio, is seeking to appoint an exceptional Interior Design Office Manager with proven experience in managing elite design studios and working within renowned international design firms.

This role is intended for a refined professional who combines strong design sensibility with executive management skills and can represent the brand at the highest level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing interior design offices, preferably within luxury or high-end environments.
• Previous experience with international or globally recognized design firms.
• Strong understanding of luxury interior design standards and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage:
• Interior design teams
• Creative and technical workflows
• Project schedules and deliverables
• High-level communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel locally and internationally for:
• Business meetings
• Project site visits
• International exhibitions and design events
• Proficiency in relevant design and office management software.

• Oversee the daily operations of the interior design office.
• Manage and structure the design process to ensure excellence in quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate between designers, clients, consultants, and external partners.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and studio development.
• Represent FEIZO with professionalism aligned with its luxury brand identity.
