- Assist in developing and refining concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, MEP, structural, and project management) to ensure design integrity.
- Review consultants’ drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and codes.
- Support in preparing submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes.
- Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address construction-related issues
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
- Experience with visualization and presentation tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Lumion, etc.).
Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
* Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
* Languages
Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within real estate development, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
