Our confidential client is seeking an Architect Engineer in Riyadh with strong architectural supervision experience to lead and support design coordination, site execution follow-up, and quality assurance across residential projects. The role requires a hands‑on professional with solid field experience in villa finishing and residential buildings, strong technical judgment, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

• Architectural Design & Technical Development:
  Prepare and develop architectural drawings and design packages in line with project requirements and quality standards; review design intent and ensure constructability; support technical detailing and design coordination.
• Site Supervision & Execution Follow-up:
  Supervise project execution and monitor progress on-site across project stages; ensure works are implemented as per approved drawings/specifications; identify execution gaps and support timely corrective actions.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
  Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and related parties to ensure alignment on design, execution, and site requirements; participate in meetings and technical discussions; follow up on action items and approvals.
• Drawings Review & Technical Approvals:
  Review and validate shop drawings, architectural details, and execution documents before implementation; ensure technical consistency and compliance with project standards.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
  Monitor architectural works quality and finishing standards; ensure adherence to approved materials/specifications; support inspection readiness and quality documentation.
• Schedule Commitment & Delivery Discipline:
  Track architectural work progress against project timelines; flag delays/risks early; support recovery actions to maintain delivery targets.
• Regulations & Code Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable municipal requirements and regulations throughout design review and execution stages.
• Project Leadership Support:
  Provide technical guidance on-site; support junior team members/contractor teams where needed; maintain professional communication and problem‑solving discipline in the field.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of practical experience in architectural supervision.
• Previous experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Strong experience in residential projects, especially:
  Residential buildings / apartment buildings;
  AutoCAD;
  Revit (strong advantage).
• Strong leadership capability and high-level project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations/requirements.
