BIM Coordinator - Architect

Senior BIM Coordinator - Architect will lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and execution across our architecture and engineering projects. This role is critical in ensuring the integration of BIM methodologies throughout the project lifecycle — from design and documentation through to coordination and construction. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled architect with extensive BIM expertise, who can lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and drive digital innovation within the firm.

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies for large-scale architectural and engineering projects.
• Manage BIM execution plans, workflows, and deliverables in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and clash‑free BIM models.
• Oversee and maintain project‑specific BIM content, templates, and libraries.
• Train and mentor junior architects and engineers on BIM tools and best practices.
• Conduct quality control and model audits to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance with firm and client standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate model sharing, review processes, and data exchange.
• Support digital design innovation, including integration of computational design, visual scripting, and automation.
• Stay current with BIM and digital trends, and contribute to the ongoing development of internal BIM standards and workflows.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Certified RICS or BSI (ISO 19650).
• 10+ years of architectural experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a BIM leadership role.
• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools; experience with Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and ISO 19650 frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex BIM projects in multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
