Concept Creator & 3D Designer; DD

Foreground is partnering with a leading experiential design and exhibitions firm to appoint a Concept Creator & 3D Designer for their Riyadh-based team.

This role is designed for a highly specific profile: a professional who combines strong conceptual thinking, spatial design expertise, and hands‑on execution experience within exhibitions, large‑scale events, or immersive brand environments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate architectural thinking, narrative‑driven concepts, and a clear understanding of real‑world build and production constraints.

The Concept Creator & 3D Designer will play a central role in shaping immersive, story‑led physical experiences, translating abstract briefs into buildable, high‑impact environments.

Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams, this individual will lead concept development while ensuring alignment with spatial logic, materials, budgets, and timelines.

• Lead the development of strong experiential concepts for exhibitions, brand activations, and large‑scale events.
• Translate client objectives into clear spatial narratives and visitor journeys

• Create concept decks, mood boards, and visual storytelling frameworks that articulate design intent.
• Ensure concepts balance creativity, functionality, and guest experience.

• Produce high‑quality 3D designs and visualisations reflecting scale, materials, lighting, and spatial flow.
• Design exhibition stands, installations, scenography, and temporary architectural structures.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure concepts are feasible and executable

• Support the development of design packages aligned with fabrication and build requirements.

• Contribute to identifying practical technical solutions that support the creative vision.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors on materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Maintain design integrity throughout production and on‑site implementation phases.
• Clearly communicate constraints, opportunities, and risks related to venue, timeline, and budget.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners across all project stages.
• Support project planning through design alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.

This opportunity is highly selective
. Candidates should demonstrate:

• Up to 5 years of experience in experiential design, exhibition design, event design, or interior architecture.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, premium physical experiences from concept to execution.
• Strong foundation in interior architecture and spatial design
  , not surface‑level styling.
• Hands‑on exposure to fabrication, materials, lighting, and temporary structures.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East is strongly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in 3D design and modelling tools (Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Rhino, or equivalent).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to produce presentation‑ready concept decks and visuals

• Solid understanding of construction logic, materials, and on‑site execution processes.
