Engineering Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve all designs and drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and evaluate architectural, urban, and interior design submissions for functionality, cost efficiency, sustainability, and safety.
• Validate design feasibility and ensure alignment with approved plans and project objectives.
• Ensure consultants and contractors comply with approved design requirements and allocated budgets.
• Manage design coordination, task delegation, and communication with all project stakeholders.
• Review design scopes in RFPs and support the selection and management of design consultants.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Design (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management or the design field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage consultants and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in design management, design review, and consultant coordination.
