Senior Architect

BÖWE is an award-winning architecture and design firm seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with strong leadership in design and multidisciplinary coordination for complex developments, including high-rise towers and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will manage the full architectural design cycle, ensuring seamless integration across all project disciplines. Fluency in Arabic, English is essential to communicate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and manage the coordination of large-scale, fast-track projects.
• Advanced experience in cross-disciplinary design integration, especially architecture with MEP and structural systems.
• Proficient in Revit (BIM) for design modeling, documentation, and clash detection.
• Effective planning and tracking of design deliverables and resource allocation.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi local authority regulations and submission requirements.
• Strong attention to technical detail and quality assurance across drawing sets and specifications.
• Skilled in converting complex design requirements into clear and coordinated technical solutions.

• Lead the design process from concept through to Issued for Construction (IFC) stage for high-rise and mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate with all project disciplines, including structural, MEP, HVAC, landscape, interiors, lighting, and low-current systems.
• Supervise the production of detailed drawings, ensuring high technical accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Review and resolve design and coordination issues to maintain alignment with client objectives.
• Organize and lead internal reviews and external workshops with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Mentor junior architects and oversee the output quality of drafting teams.
• Participate in site visits, addressing RFIs and providing design clarifications during construction.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on architectural experience, particularly with high-rise buildings and mixed-use developments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion/Enscape is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with fluency in Arabic and English.
