As a Product Specialist for the Saudi Arabian market, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, driving educational initiatives, and elevating 3

Shape’s presence in the Kingdom. This role blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and marketing execution — making it ideal for professionals who are passionate about digital dentistry and training others.

• Lead and execute local education programs, including seminars, workshops, and training sessions (in-person and virtual).

• Provide hands‑on training, consultancy, and technical guidance to 3
  
  Shape customers and resellers.

• Offer clinical support and basic troubleshooting for 3
  
  Shape products in the local market.

• Organize and support marketing activities, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen 3
  
  Shape’s visibility in Saudi Arabia.

• Collaborate with commercial teams and global stakeholders to deliver impactful customer experiences.

• Collect and communicate market insights to Product Management and R&D.

• Support the development of structured training materials, FAQs, and other educational resources.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders to grow the 3
  
  Shape community.

• Utilize CRM tools, surveys, and analytics to continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.

• Registered Dentist or Dental Technician.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or laboratory environment.

• At least 2 years of CAD/CAM experience with dental or medical device products.

• Proven training or teaching experience (minimum 2 years).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Excellent command of English — spoken, written, and read.

• Saudi National candidates are strongly preferred.
