Customer Experience Supervisor
Mutakamela Insurance is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead and enhance the overall customer journey, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
In the insurance industry, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience is essential. This role will focus on supervising customer service operations, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily customer experience and service operations
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards of Insurance Authority
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements
- Support training and development of customer service staff
- Prepare reports on customer experience performance and insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in customer experience or customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze feedback and improve service processes
