Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome applicants and guide them through the visa application process in a professional and supportive manner
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and available services
  • Review visa application forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist applicants in correcting incomplete documentation prior to submission
  • Accurately enter applicant data into the visa processing system
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of applicant information and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security standards, and embassy guidelines
  • Support efficient queue management and contribute to a smooth customer service experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective and timely processing of applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, visa services, travel services, or a similar client facing environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good typing speed and strong accuracy in data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, customer oriented environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational systems
