Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing incoming leads, handling corporate client communications, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role supports sales efforts, maintains accurate records, and contributes to business growth through proactive engagement and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily influx of leads related to company products and services.
• Communicate professionally with clients, providing accurate information about services and addressing inquiries from existing and potential customers.
• Support the sales team by handling fresh inquiries and contributing to lead generation efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and fulfilment of commitments.
• Direct client requests to the appropriate individuals or teams for resolution.
• Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with corporate customers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company offerings.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in managing corporate clients.
• Experience in B2B Customer Service is required.
