Role Overview

Our confidential client is seeking a Host in Riyadh to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional front‑of‑house coordination and clear communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception & Greeting:
    Welcome guests warmly and professionally, create a positive first impression, and guide them appropriately upon arrival.
  • Reservations & Seating Coordination:
    Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements in an organized and efficient manner to support smooth guest flow.
  • Customer

    Experience:

    Provide accurate information to guests, communicate expected wait times clearly, and help ensure a positive and consistent service experience.
  • Front‑of‑House Coordination:
    Work closely with front‑of‑house team members to align guest seating, table readiness, and day‑to‑day service flow.
  • Reception Area Standards:
    Maintain a neat, presentable, and well‑organized reception and waiting area at all times.
  • Guest Issue Escalation:
    Address routine guest inquiries professionally and escalating concerns or service issues to the appropriate team member when needed.
  • Service Support:
    Contribute to daily operational readiness by supporting hospitality standards, professionalism, and smooth guest handling throughout the shift.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • High school certificate, plus any additional certifications required for the role.
  • Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Industry background in Food Manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer‑focused approach.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑have
  • Previous experience in a Host / Hostess, reception, or customer‑facing role.
  • Experience handling reservations, guest flow, or seating coordination.
  • Exposure to food‑related operating environments.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced setting.
