We’re seeking a Channel Team Lead to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.

Key Responsibilities- Safeguard your team’s safety, promote Amazon’s Health and Safety standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems.
- Uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Strive to improve and streamline processes.
- Actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network.
- Daily follow up with vendors on onboarding process.
- Facilitate onboarding process with our external contractor.
- Incentive management.
- Uniform auditing and inventory.
- Daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed.
- Handling DS callouts on day‑to‑day topics related to DSP DAs.
- Arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
