A leading AI-native CX Intelligence platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Onboarding and Training Specialist to enhance customer experience through effective onboarding of their SaaS products. This role will require managing the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring customers are effectively trained and activated to gain maximum value. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT and have 2-3 years’ experience in onboarding or customer success, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
