Approval Officer

Job Overview

Waseel is currently seeking an Approval Officer to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing and processing approval requests while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Review and assess approval requests from various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information for the approval process
• Maintain accurate records of all approval requests and decisions, ensuring timely processing and communication
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
• Provide guidance and support to staff regarding approval processes and requirements
• Prepare reports on approval activities, trends, and compliance metrics for management review
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the approval workflow

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in an approval
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze information effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
