Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring customers’ needs are handled promptly and professionally. They are the front‑line representatives of the company and are expected to be knowledgeable about the services offered.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers via call, email, social media or online chat to provide support and information on assigned services.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Follow up on customers' requests or complaints with the relevant department.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate speaking and writing proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in shifts.
