We are seeking a Senior Officer – Videography to support the planning, production, and delivery of high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms. This role requires a strong creative vision combined with technical expertise in videography, motion design, and post-production workflows. The ideal candidate has experience managing mid-scale video projects independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a good grasp of AI tools to enhance production efficiency and creativity.

• Execute end-to-end video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Video Team Manager, designers, and content teams to develop creative treatments and storyboards.
• Capture, edit, and deliver engaging video content created manually and with AI tools for:
• Social Media:
  Snapchat, X, Meta, You Tube, and Tik Tok
• Retail Screens & Office Displays:
  App Space content for internal/external communications
• Brand & Corporate Videos:
  Storytelling-driven content aligned with brand identity
• Travel & Partnership Videos:
  Destination features, campaigns, and collaborations
• Produce high-quality event coverage, product explainers, and promotional shoots.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate editing, enhance visual quality, and optimize production processes.
• Willing to travel to shoot overseas when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and motion design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Experience producing content across diverse formats and platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI-driven tools for video enhancement and automation.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects)
• Strong knowledge of camera operation (Sony mirrorless camera)
• Basic to good knowledge of AI-generated video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Stable Video, or similar) and able to integrate into workflow
