About the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong aesthetic judgment with strategic thinking and brand consistency. This role requires a designer who can translate business objectives into visually compelling assets while ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop marketing materials including app communication visuals, website assets, email templates, digital ads, and print collateral.
- Translate brand guidelines into impactful visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and digital teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Prepare and optimize files for both digital and print production.
- Maintain and continuously evolve the company’s visual identity system.
- Ensure visual consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and support junior designers when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign execution, and multi-platform design work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout systems, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Background in advertising or creative agency environments.
- Experience in brand positioning and integrated campaign strategy.
- Exposure to collaborative design workflows and digital product environments.
