Content Writer

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to create, edit, and manage compelling content across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s brand voice and strategic objectives. The role is crucial in enhancing engagement, communicating initiatives effectively, and supporting the organization’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for digital platforms, websites, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and translate them into engaging messaging.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all content.
• Conduct research and interviews to produce accurate, informative, and engaging materials.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
• Support campaigns, events, and initiatives with creative content solutions.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase impact and reach.
• Coordinate with external content agencies or freelance writers, if applicable.

Core Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in semi-government or public sector organizations is an advantage.
• Experience supporting campaigns or corporate initiatives is highly preferred.
