Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director - Head of Film Studio - Culture. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our film studio dedicated to culture projects, ensuring that Qiddiya remains a leader in the entertainment landscape.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative cultural film initiatives, managing production processes, and fostering collaborations with artistic communities. You will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative, creative direction, and executive functions of our projects, ultimately enriching the cultural fabric of Qiddiya's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of the film studio's operations, including project development, production management, and post-production.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for cultural projects that align with Qiddiya's mission and objectives.
- Establish partnerships with local, regional, and international talent, filmmakers, and creative professionals to enhance studio output.
- Oversee the budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing of projects to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence among studio staff and production teams.
- Drive quality assurance processes to ensure that all projects adhere to the highest artistic and technical standards.
- Represent Qiddiya at industry events, film festivals, and cultural conferences to promote our projects and strengthen industry relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the studio at the cutting edge of cultural film production.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in film production and management, with a focus on cultural content.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale film projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of the cultural landscape and an ability to translate artistic vision into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation in film production.
- A deep passion for culture and storytelling, coupled with the ability to inspire and lead creative teams.
