Position: Manager - Operations - Film Studio - Culture SPA 240

Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of an innovative and strategic Manager - Operations for our Film Studio, a key component of our cultural and entertainment offerings. In this role, you will lead the operational management of our state-of-the-art film production facility, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and align with our creative vision and organizational goals.

Your expertise in film studio operations will be critical in overseeing daily activities, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity. You'll work closely with creative teams, production staff, and external partners to deliver exceptional results that elevate the cultural experience Qiddiya offers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the film studio, ensuring all productions run smoothly and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to understand production needs and provide operational support throughout the filming process.
  • Create and implement operational policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, equipment management, and studio maintenance.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget for the film studio.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all productions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among all production staff.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance production capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the film or media industry.
  • Proven track record in managing film production logistics and workflows.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
