Job Summary /Objective

The Graphic Designer – Senior Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative visual assets that bring Alnafitha IT’s brand, campaigns, and communications to life. The role focuses on designing impactful visuals across digital and print channels, supporting marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and internal branding efforts.

The designer works independently within established brand frameworks, applying advanced design knowledge and technical skills to produce engaging and visually consistent materials. This position collaborates closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver designs that enhance brand perception, attract enterprise audiences, and support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Design
  • Execute and maintain Alnafitha IT’s visual identity across all materials to ensure consistency and brand alignment
  • Design visually compelling assets for print and digital media, including social posts, flyers, presentations, landing pages, and marketing collateral
  • Apply creative concepts that translate complex IT services into clear, engaging visuals for targeted audiences
Campaign Creative & Asset Development
  • Design high‑quality visuals for campaigns, ads, emails, and digital channels aligned with campaign briefs and goals
  • Support lead‑generation initiatives by creating visually optimized assets that drive engagement and conversion
  • Produce layout variations and A/B design tests based on marketing feedback and performance insights
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual outputs
  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual concepts
  • Interface with vendors or printing providers to ensure design accuracy and production quality
Platform & Format Adaptation
  • Adapt creative materials to fit multiple platforms (social media, website, digital ads, email, print) according to specifications and performance needs
  • Ensure all assets meet resolution, layout, and format standards for each channel
Quality & Brand Consistency
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone and quality across materials
  • Support periodic updates to visual templates and guidelines to reflect brand evolution and new initiatives•
Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
  • Stay updated on design trends, digital media formats, and tools to continuously refresh the brand’s visual identity
