Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts of our products. You will work closely with our product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet our clients  needs. You will be responsible for guiding the design process from concept to launch, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Lead the design efforts of our products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and users.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
• Create visual designs that are engaging, intuitive, and consistent with our clients  brand guidelines.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and research.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
• Strong portfolio that showcases your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science or a related field.
