Role location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

You will lead the end-to-end live production of the Esports World Cup (EWC) and Esports Nations Cup (ENC), ensuring world-class delivery across all broadcast outputs. You will oversee every stage of production — from studio setups and control rooms to on-site live event coverage — and manage the teams and technology that bring the broadcast vision to life. You will serve as the bridge between creative ambition and technical execution, delivering engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned broadcasts for global audiences.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of live production for EWC and ENC — from planning and pre‑production to live broadcast delivery and post‑event review.
• Lead on‑site and studio production teams, including crews across OB units, control rooms, and live coverage environments.
• Manage broadcast technology, equipment, and workflows (cameras, audio, lighting, mixing, transmission) to ensure flawless on‑air performance.
• Partner with producers, directors, and on‑air talent to translate creative concepts into seamless live executions.
• Act as the central link between creative, production, and technical teams to ensure all broadcasts meet EWC’s brand and storytelling standards.
• Supervise external production vendors and ensure all deliverables meet creative and technical specifications.
• Own live quality control and broadcast compliance, identifying and resolving technical issues in real time.
• Develop and implement production processes that optimize efficiency, safety, and reliability on‑site and in the studio.
• Oversee technical rehearsals, pre‑show checks, and broadcast readiness reviews for all live events.
• Coordinate closely with the Distribution and Operations teams to guarantee seamless transmission and signal flow.
• Manage production budgets, schedules, and logistics, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
• Lead post‑event debriefs to assess broadcast performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay ahead of production technology trends, adopting innovations that elevate the quality and creativity of EWC broadcasts.
• Manage external contractors and oversee a large network of external contractors and production vendors, ensuring seamless coordination, performance, and delivery across all broadcast and event operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media production, broadcast engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in broadcast production or live event operations, preferably within esports, sports, or entertainment industries.

• Proven expertise in leading live broadcast setups, OB unit operations, and large on‑site production crews.
• Strong technical understanding of live production workflows, equipment, and transmission systems.
• Experience collaborating with creative producers, directors, and on‑air talent in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to react quickly to technical challenges during live broadcasts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and operational planning.
• Experience with international esports or live event broadcasts.
• Familiarity with remote and cloud‑based production solutions.
• Knowledge of IP broadcast workflows, graphics integration, and multi‑camera systems.
