Position: Assistant Manager - Production (COR421)

Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is on a journey to redefine entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an Assistant Manager - Production to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of production activities, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. You will manage production processes, collaborate with various departments, and oversee the logistics of events and projects that highlight Qiddiya's unique offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Support with all requirements for printing, merchandising, production, and branding for the master brand and the destinations with technical know-how of various techniques and methods used in graphics installation, exhibition stands, and events.
  • Prepare final artworks ready for production, manage on-site branding, and handle location-specific requirements as needed.
  • Monitor and manage brand presence across sports activations teams, development teams on site, experience centres, internal events, and activations.
  • Define materials, printing quality, and special executions as per requirements.
  • Support procurement negotiation and quality assurance & control through drafting tender requirements.
  • Plan and control workflow to meet deadlines, monitoring team efficiency to ensure effective delivery.
  • Propose venues for events and launches based on site recce, feasibility, and compatibility study alongside the brand team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Event Management, Theatre Arts, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in production management or a related role, preferably within the entertainment or events industry
  • Solid experience in the printing and production field, with a background in both agency and client-side environments
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for finalizing key visuals (KVs)
  • Skilled in preparing artwork and production-ready files across various formats and specifications
  • Experienced in coordinating with printing and production companies to ensure high-quality output
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, materials, and print production techniques
  • Capable of managing timelines and deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and production standards
