We are seeking an experienced ICT Engineer to join our supervision team for a construction supervision project on the North West of Riyadh. The role will focus on overseeing the construction and delivery of ICT facilities, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.

• Supervise all construction activities (installation, testing and commissioning, closeout) related to ICT infrastructure works, including fiber optic, splicing, field equipment cabinets, Wi‑Fi, data center experience, structured cabling, and data center active equipment (networking equipment, firewalls, routing, servers, load balancers, etc).
• Knowledgeable of active equipment high‑level design and low‑level design.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules, resolving delays and coordinating logistics.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment placement, and workforce allocation to maintain efficient site operations.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements during construction.
• Manage construction documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address technical issues and maintain smooth construction workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• At least 5 years in construction supervision for ICT or data center projects. Regional experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure construction standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• CCNA and CCNP are plus and recommended.
