Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Construction Manager - Cliff Stabilization to join our Qiddiya team. This position involves overseeing all on-site field construction activities for a large geotechnical project, with a focus on cliff/slope stabilization. The role includes supervision, administration, procurement, and field engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical/ bulk earthworks/ slope stabilization projects and be willing to relocate to construction site locations.

• Safe Delivery of the Works: Ensuring all Works are delivered with safety as the main consideration
• Planning & Budgeting: Direct construction planning, identify critical milestones, and determine budget estimates and staffing needs.
• Resource Management: Ensure Contractors/Subcontractors, materials, and equipment are available to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Supervision: Assign tasks to Construction Engineers, Supervision Consultants, and Contractors, monitor progress, and recommend corrective actions.
• Performance Management: Conduct evaluations, recommend promotions, and manage manpower assignments to meet schedules and budget goals.
• Quality Control: Implement sound construction practices to achieve required quality at maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients.

  Act as the primary contact for client representatives, subcontractors, and government officials.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 15+ years of field construction experience, preferably in large civil/geotechnical/earthworks projects.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of construction processes, particularly in geotechnical projects/ bulk earthworks/ slope stabilization (cliff/slope stabilization).
