This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

• Lead infrastructure and civil construction delivery across a mega project.
• Manage procurement, design coordination, and production planning in fast‑paced environments.
• Face off with contractors, ensuring alignment with budgets, milestones, and governance.
• Develop packaging strategies for early works, main works, and professional services.
• Oversee tender processes from market engagement to award, ensuring compliance.
• Apply contract and methodology knowledge to support safe execution and risk mitigation.
• Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MCIOB (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
• Major project experience is essential.
• Main Contractor experience £250+.
• Consultancy experience £1bn+.
