The role of a Civil Construction Manager is critical in delivering large-scale hotel and high-rise building projects with precision, efficiency, and quality. As a key leader representing the contractor, you will oversee all civil construction activities from excavation to structural completion and handover, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This position demands deep expertise in reinforced concrete structures, high-rise methodologies, finishing coordination, and contractor-side project execution. You will lead multidisciplinary site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate closely with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and clients to achieve project milestones.

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities for high-rise residential/commercial towers and hotel projects from mobilization through structural and finishing stages.
• Represent the main contractor on-site, ensuring all works are executed in compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Develop and implement detailed construction programs, method statements, and resource plans aligned with project milestones.
• Supervise structural works including excavation, foundations, raft slabs, core walls, columns, post-tension slabs (if applicable), and vertical concrete elements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, façade, and finishing teams to ensure smooth integration of civil and architectural components.
• Monitor productivity, subcontractor performance, and material utilization to maintain cost control and maximize project profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations, QA/QC standards, and local building codes.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs, variation orders, and progress claims in coordination with planning and commercial teams.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and foremen, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Manage procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout all phases of construction.

• Bachelor3 in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Construction Manager with a main contractor
  , specifically on:
  High-rise buildings or 4-star/5-star hotel construction projects
• Strong expertise in structural concrete works and vertical construction methodologies.
• Experience managing large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards, QA/QC processes, and building regulations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
