Job Title: Construction Manager-Water Projects
Location: Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in civil construction projects in the GCC region
, including water projects
. The candidate should have strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and design requirements and be fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Manage and supervise construction activities across projects, including water infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety on site.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
. - Minimum 15 years of experience
, including GCC and water projects. - Strong knowledge of FIDIC contractual and design requirements
. - Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
