This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

• Provide strategic oversight of the GC’s site delivery for Zone 1, ensuring alignment with project objectives, safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Monitor the CSC’s supervision of construction activities, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and interface management.
• Oversee installation of suspended lower tier seating with in-situ concrete, precast raker beams, and seating modules.
• Manage construction of utilities corridors located beneath seating modules.
• Supervise installation of precast vomitory walls for lower tier pitch access.
• Ensure delivery of the 12m high reinforced concrete retaining wall separating lower and mid/upper tier bowl.
• Coordinate installation of seating and pitch separation precast upstand walls.
• Oversee bowl and pitch cooling systems and associated plenums.

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience.
