Pavement Inspector - Airport Project

We are looking for an experienced Pavement Inspector to oversee pavement construction and related civil works, ensuring that completed work meets design specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role involves verification of work progress, documentation, and coordination with site and project teams to maintain compliance and accuracy in payments and reporting.

Inspect pavement construction works to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and contract terms.

Verify and document progress payments, ensuring completed work aligns with contract agreements.

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, identifying defects or non-conformities.

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of site activities.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and project timelines.

Support testing and quality assurance activities related to pavement and related civil works.

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in pavement inspection, construction supervision, or progress payment verification.

Strong knowledge of pavement materials, construction methods, and quality standards.

Familiarity with contract terms, progress measurement, and payment verification procedures.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and inspection/reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
