ACOUSTIEG is looking for a Team Lead – Execution to lead and oversee on‑site execution activities for Fit‑Out and project‑based works
. This is a field‑driven role requiring strong hands‑on experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered according to approved specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Fit‑Out / Interior / Execution / Construction Projects.
- Strong hands‑on, on‑site execution background.
- Solid knowledge of Architectural, MEP, and Finishes works.
- Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting construction and shop drawings.
- Practical problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under site pressure.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and leadership.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on‑site execution teams for Fit‑Out and construction projects.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate daily with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution‑related site challenges.
- Enforce quality control standards and HSE compliance on site.
- Provide regular progress updates and execution reports to management.
- Support continuous improvement of execution processes and site performance.
