This is a contract-based on-site role for a Site Administrator located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Site Administrator will be tasked with overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating activities between teams, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include managing on-site documentation, tracking resources, and acting as the primary point of contact for contractors and stakeholders.
Qualifications- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation handling, resource tracking, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards relevant to construction projects.
- Technical understanding of civil, mechanical, or electrical processes is an advantage.
- Previous on-site construction experience is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and software is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
