Premium Solutions Consultancy is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This position will play a crucial role in managing procurement activitiesტაბ ensuring efficient supply chain operations for major construction ilaa projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies.
- Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to support project operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to assess their procurement needs and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to suppliers, materials, or procurement processes.

Hiring for our client in KSA Procurement Coordinator:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in a specialty field
- Sourcing and Handling the Civil requirements
- Civil Experience is must
- KSA Market Experience.
- Waterproofing, water stop, wood, timber, rebars, concrete, post‑tensioning, MSE walls, expansion joints, earth materials, asphalt, concrete blocks, interlocking, and curbstone.
- Pre‑engineered building systems and structural materials.
- Familiarity with civil subcontractor works, particularly in foundations.
- Landscaping.
- Road construction and paving.
- Playground equipment installation.
- Rubber tiles.
- Signboards and gantries.
- Plastic and concrete barriers.
- Wheel stoppers.
- Wooden, metal, and aluminum doors and windows.
- Chain‑link fences and gates.
Working days: 5 days with alternative Saturdays
Working Hours:
8 hrs.
Salary range:
Basic: 10,700 to 15,150 SAR
