You will play a critical role in coordinating construction activities where exceptional workmanship and precise integration of complex finishes are paramount.

• A degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Extensive experience as a Senior Construction Manager on large, complex building projects
• Proven track record delivering prestigious developments with high-end, complex finishes in the Middle East
• Experience working with international main contractors
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and interface management
• Should be based in Saudi Arabia
