Construction Manager

On behalf of our client in KSA — Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our client's team in KSA. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, from pre-construction through project completion.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance and success.
• Lead a team of site personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
• Establish effective communication protocols with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project transparency.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financial performance.

• 15+ Yrs Of Experience in the Selected Field (and 6 Yrs as Site/Const. Mgr.)
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Bridge Experience
• Construction Experience

Working days: 5 days a week with alternative Saturdays

Working Hours:

8 hrs.

Basic 13,300 to 16,480 SAR.
