Job Description

We are currently hiring General Skilled Laborers, Construction Workers, and a wide range of technical and supervisory personnel for overseas Gulf construction projects. The available positions include, but are not limited to, General Skilled Labor, Civil Construction Workers, Foremen, Supervisors, and other site‑based construction roles. Selected candidates will be deployed to active project sites and will be responsible for supporting daily construction operations, assisting skilled trades and engineering teams, supervising work activities where applicable, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards set by site management and Gulf labor authorities.

• Basic knowledge of construction and civil works
• Ability to assist skilled trades (masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
• Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and site procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor and site conditions
• Teamwork and coordination with supervisors and co‑workers
• Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
• Basic problem‑solving skills on site
• Good communication skills (basic English or site language preferred)
