• Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for our projects.
• Lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide guidance and support.
• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Conduct cost control and value engineering activities to optimize project costs.
• Review subcontractor and supplier documentation and performance.
• Resolve contractual disputes and claims with contractors.
• Prepare and present reports on project costs and progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the civil engineering sector.
• Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
