Construction Manager

Job Overview

Supervise project execution and completion, ensuring they remain on schedule. Coordinating site staff and subcontractors in the construction of tensile structures. Managing and coordinating activities in accordance with the scope of work and method statement. Ensure that site staff comply with the applicable health and safety regulations and safe work practices. Responsible for communicating with internal and external project stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining records, submitting reports daily and documenting daily progress.

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to manage teams and oversee daily construction activities effectively
• Strong knowledge of Budgeting and Project Control to ensure financial and timeline adherence
• Expertise in Construction and Construction Safety standards and practices to manage and ensure safe construction processes
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in leadership roles within construction projects is highly desirable
• Proficiency in relevant construction management software tools is a plus
