Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale aviation infrastructure projects within the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with main contractors on complex airport developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to international standards and local regulations.

• Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for airport terminals, runways, and associated infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed construction schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Resource Management: Manage labor, equipment, and material resources efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve any issues promptly.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and company policies; conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments for senior management, provide accurate updates on project status and recommend corrective actions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional certifications (PMP, RICS, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager role in the aviation sector.
• Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale airport or aviation projects.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project).

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with mega projects and Vision 2030 initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
