This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating business leads, researching market trends, and building strong relationships with potential clients such as architects, designers, and developers. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service to meet client needs, analyzing market opportunities, and contributing to the company s business growth strategies.

• Strong analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a high-pressure, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and business development software is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the architecture, design, or construction industries would be an advantage
