Overview

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for planning and managing the procurement of materials, products, and services required by the company, ensuring their availability with the required quality and at the best possible prices. The role includes selecting suppliers, negotiating with them, managing contracts and purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with the approved budget and policies. The Purchasing Manager also works on improving the efficiency of procurement processes, monitoring inventory levels, and building strategic relationships with suppliers to support business continuity and achieve the company’s objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or any related field
• 8-10 years of experience

• Planning and managing the company’s purchasing and procurement operations
• Selecting suppliers and negotiating with them to obtain the best prices and quality
• Preparing and following up on purchase orders and supplier contracts
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the availability of required materials
• Ensuring compliance with the approved budget and purchasing policies
• Evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and make decisions
• Planning, organization, and time management skills
