About the role

To support the organization revenue assurance by ensuring timely collection of sales-related payments and invoices, and by preparing and uploading compliance reports in accordance with internal policies and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on pending payments and invoices to ensure timely collection.
  • Reconcile invoice records with received payments and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate billing and smooth collection processes.
  • Prepare, update, and upload all required compliance reports to designated systems or platforms.
  • Maintain well‑organized documentation related to collections and compliance submissions.
  • Assist in generating periodic performance and financial reports for management review.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clear explanations.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in collections and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, or a related field.
