The Intern will support the PPP & Deal Advisory team on research, analysis, and general project support across public-private partnership (PPP), real estate, and infrastructure assignments.
This role is intended to provide practical exposure to live projects, transaction advisory processes, and strategic studies, working closely with and under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities- Assist with research, data collection, and basic analysis to support feasibility studies, business cases, and advisory reports.
- Conduct secondary market research on real estate, infrastructure, and PPP sectors (regional and international).
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, pitch materials, and internal briefing documents.
- Assist in maintaining and updating project files, databases, and internal records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate inputs from internal teams (research, valuation, strategy, finance) for advisory deliverables.
- Gain exposure to PPP frameworks, deal structures, and real estate advisory processes.
- Monitor key market trends and developments to support informed project discussions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support general administrative and project-related tasks as required by the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.65 or equivalent.
- Strong interest in PPP, deal advisory, real estate, infrastructure, and transactions.
- Good analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and learn in a fast-paced advisory environment.
- Strong team player with a professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of the regional business environment is an advantage.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
- Certifications and Licenses: KSA driving license.
- Software:
Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial modelling software and tools would be beneficial. - Language skills:
Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous. - Travel:
Flexible attitude towards travelling.
